brian,
One could read “leap” as change or end. I saw it more of a dance or race when I wrote it. And no, they don’t really ever stop. Maybe in the dead of winter (and there wasn’t one this year). Happy you hopped by.
“If I read a book and it makes my whole body so cold no fire can warm me, I know that is poetry. If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry. These are the only ways I know it. Is there any other way?”
― Emily Dickinson, Selected Letters
I’m feelin’ the ‘a-ha!’… I think you’re nailing it…
Luke,

A sure sign that spring is on its way…when those bunnies begin to leap. 😉
slpmartin,
Right! That’s the first thought I had when I saw all of them the other night. They are busy, busy bunnies. 😉
Yousei,
beautifully,
you made it through
a month that has
an added day!
Hurrah!
Maria,
😀 Feels great. Thank you for your visits and encouraging comments.
Yousei, I bet it does. Your welcome — I enjoyed it!
Did you mean for this to be so sad? I like it. Hmm, do I only like the sad ones?
Bill,
If you do, then you’re a lot like me. Perhaps it is easier to empathize with sadness rather than joy. Now that’s sad. 😉
