Blogsite Patricia K. Lichen, Author has begun Haiku Friday, an opportunity to write and post haiku. Today’s instructions are:
Your challenge: write a haiku featuring one of the subjects discussed here in the past seven days: burying beetles, goshawks, or something from Monday’s nature quote. Feel free to mine the comments, too.
Post your haiku in the comments, below. Remember the pattern of a haiku is:
First, 5 syllables,
the second line has seven.
And 5 for the last.

I chose the nature quote from Monday’s post as the source for my haiku.

What a beautiful blog! Thanks for stopping by my site, and I hope you’ll be back on future Fridays for more haiku prompts.
Patricia Lichen,
Thank you so much for the return visit. Yours is a lovely blog as well, and I hope to make Fridays there a haiku habit.
