There is little doubt most bloggers would agree with me on this: the friends and acquaintances we make blogging are wonderful and precious. However, how many bloggers are blessed by a sprite? One of the faerie folk? Did you know that they blog too? I’ve met one. She’s amazing. I’ve seen her dance in delight, rage at injustice, and laugh and play in childish glee. Like many of her kind she is born storyteller, gifted in the magic of language. Her heart is good, sincere and as free-flying as all the Fay should be. Her name is Tacy, and she is a young winged jewel in the enchanted forest of blogging, and her magical abode is iRuleTheWorld.
Why am I telling you all this? The sweet little sprite fashioned a faerie gift, a treasure woven from blossoms in her mysterious garden, which I thrill to share.

THE BRIGHT LIGHT AWARD
Now gifts from the Fay are not without price. Here are her rules:
1. You must share the gift with at least one other special, inspiring person, one who brings you friendship and joy through what they share. Choose carefully and in your own time, even if you decide to return it to the giver.
